Entrepreneur Associate Program

Become a part of a unique experience in which undergraduate students  work with entrepreneurs to grow real businesses. Associates in the program have the opportunity to help develop business plans, run social media campaigns, conduct competitor analyses, manage branding and much more. The work they do helps define the future of the entrepreneur ventures they work with.

The entrepreneurs are part of the UIF Entrepreneur Education & Development Program (EE&DP). The mission of the EE&DP is to select, mentor and accelerate high-impact entrepreneurs in the Philadelphia and surrounding area in order to foster corporate expansion, facilitate job creation and catalyze local economic growth. Entrepreneurs come to us with dreams and we provide mentoring resources to help them achieve their individual aspirations. To learn more about this program and read about our members visit our program website.

The associate program runs throughout the year, divided into three terms: fall, spring, summer. The fall and spring  positions are part-time, while the summer positions accommodate part and full-time schedules. Current college students and recent graduates (summer after senior spring) are eligible to apply to the program.
